3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDDITEARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedditEars from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
