Everything you need to know about using RedditEars

Getting Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up for RedditEars using your email address or Google account. You'll start with a free plan that includes:

  • Up to 3 keywords
  • Basic sentiment analysis
  • Daily digest emails

2. Add Your First Keyword

Navigate to the Keywords page and click "Add Keyword". Enter a brand name, product, or topic you want to monitor on Reddit.

💡 Tip: Use specific keywords like "YourBrand" instead of generic terms like "software" for better results.

3. Wait for Data Collection

RedditEars will start monitoring Reddit for your keywords. Initial data collection may take a few hours. You'll receive your first daily digest email the next day.

4. Explore Your Dashboard

Once data is collected, you can:

  • View sentiment trends over time
  • Read individual mentions
  • Analyze top subreddits
  • Track engagement metrics
